They design products and create employment in developing countries by using traditional handmade local skills. Redspottedpurple fair trade baby toys works with eco-friendly materials and follows a philosophy of ethical business and social responsibility. All are embroidered by Namibian previously disadvantaged women. We all have a conscious choice to produce products with respect for humans and nature. All products are produced honestly at people's homes and studios. This extra income enables many families to live above the poverty line.

Red Spotted Purple Dolls are made from a Dutch design label situated in Amsterdam. Every piece is unique. Materials are hand combed from yaks in the prestige Himalayan regions of China, 100% Alpaca wool and 100% organic cotton (EKO) and then crafted into these timeless dolls. Besides the natural fibres, they use designer left-overs to produce limited items. This makes these special products unique and collectable.
