Bambinos and Rugrats likes to reward its frequent shoppers. When you become a member, you automatically start earning points every time you shop. It's that easy!
Every dollar spent = 1 Bambino point which = 5 cents.
Once you reach 600 points you receive $30 off your next purchase! Its that easy.
Bambinos and Rugrats points can only be earned from products (not postage). Bambino reserves the right to change the Loyalty Program without notice.
Payment Options:
Bambinos and Rugrats offers the following payment options:
Direct Deposit into our Bank Account: your order will not be dispatched until payment has been cleared; generally allow 2-3 days for payment to be cleared. Our Bank Account details are shown at checkout. (due to our high product turnover if payment has not been cleared into our Bank Account within 3 days your order will be cancelled.)
Credit Card Transactions: through our secure and encrypted merchant facilities. We accept the following cards: VISA and Mastercard.
Money Order: your order with be dispatched once your money order has been received.
Processing Time:
All orders Monday to Friday will be processed the same day and sent within two business days, subject to receiving payment and the product being in stock. If there is a delay with your order, such as your product is out of stock, you will be sent an email advising you when you will receive your goods. We do not process orders on the weekend.

Postage & Delivery:
Bambinos and Rugrats use E Parcel Australia Post to deliver your products safely, and in a timely manner. Delivery of goods will usually take between 1 to 8 working days. The time frame may vary according to the area the goods are being delivered to. Please provide accurate address details when placing your order. We take great pride in ensuring that your products are wrapped securely and packaged safely. Goods can only be delivered to their destination when both the delivery fee and product costs have been paid in full. If you have any delivery instructions, please put these in the comments section when checking out. Please note that if you choose to give authority for your goods to be left, Bambinos and Rugrats cannot be responsible for these goods. We will endeavour to help track your goods the best we can.
If your package arrives and you are not home, Australia Post Eparcel will leave a card for you advising you to pick up the package from your local Post Office. If you want the products left at your front door, please mention in the comments section when checking out and we will write this on your parcel for the courier. Please note that Bambinos and Rugrats are not liable for goods that go missing once delivered.
Please be aware that with any method of delivery, unexpected circumstances may occur and are not the responsibility of Bambinos and Rugrats.
Delivery Fee:
Delivery charges are calculated by weight, and are automatically added to your order at check out prior to making payment. To calculate your postal costs, please add your items to your shopping cart where postal costs are visible. Postage costs start from $8.90 are are calculated by weight.
