Product Returns:
Bambinos and Rugrats strives to give you the best customer service available every day. We want you to be 110% satisfied with your shopping experience and products received.
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased within the last 30 days since purchase, please email us at sales@bambinosandrugrats.com.au. Include in your email your: order number, full name, product name, address, phone number, reason for requesting a refund/exchange and if you would prefer a gift voucher, exchange or refund.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Purchase receipt must be included in your product return.
- The product returned cannot be worn, washed, used, opened, damaged or soiled in any way. If returned products are any of the above, the product will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return postage costs.
- Product packaging must be as good as new and in original packaging.
- You can choose between an e-gift voucher (up to 2 days processing time), OR a refund to your credit card (we will refund you the price you paid for the product minus a $2.50 administration fee), OR exchange of goods depending on availablilty (we will charge you any price difference for the products, plus a $2.50 administration fee and the return postage)
- We recommend returning your goods with Registered Australia Post, as we are not liable for your product lost/damaged in transit.
- Please note: Return postage charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are 100% non-refundable by Bambinos and Rugrats, unless the product is faulty, in which case Bambinos and Rugrats will reimburse you for the freight.
